Restarting in safe mode fixes the issue. I uninstalled then reinstalled
LibreOffice using the installation wizard and the issue persisted. The issue is
not present for me under the following information:
Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: cac7ad2d011eb6602b6c9702dddb76d129f093c8
CPU threads: 16; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18362; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
