Description:
"New table" popup from toolbar button appears far away from the mouse pointer
on RTL interface. This interferes with the creation of new tables.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer in Right to Left interface (i.e. Hebrew).
2. Click the "New Table" button on the toolbar.
Actual Results:
The table creation popup appears far away from the mouse pointer.
Expected Results:
The table creation popup appears under the mouse pointer,
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
This is a regression, new to the 7.x release.
