workaround:
insert
export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3
or
export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3_kde5
into bashrc or zshrc
there is still a warning starting LO from terminal:

GDK error trap pushed. Don't do that.
