Did you try to use Safe mode for the test? (see
https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/shared/01/profile_safe_mode.html)
Also, on which Windows are you? (Seven, 10, other?)
Do you use some antivirus? If yes, could you disable it temporarily (just for
the test)
Are you up to date? (Windows, antivirus, etc.)
Did you install LO on local hard disk or some kind of network?
Is it your computer or is it a computer from your company for which you would
miss some authorization?
