No warning of missing dictionary's or disabled dictionary's
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Enable automatic spell checking -> notice Luxembourgish being set
Actual Results:
Text is error free; there is no red wrong spelled line.
Expected Results:
Info bar or some feedback to inform something is missing
