For the scratch fanatics.. how you build something like this
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the yellow marked text
3. Format -> Paragraph -> Text flow tab
4. Check Insert Break
5. Check with page style -> Landscape
6. Press OK
7. Sidebar -> Default paragraph style -> Right click -> Modify
8. Text flow tab
9. Check insert break
10. Check with page style -> Pick say Index
11. Press OK
