Description:
Trying to use the function Text to Column from the Menu Data, selecting the
String Delimiter as the quotation mark (") and selecting separated by Space,
the function does not respect the Delimiter.
The Delimiter string should also be removed from the result.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert the example text in a cell
2.Open Menu Data and select the function Text to Column
3.In the function interface, select Separated by as Space, select the Delimiter
String as the Quotation Mark
4. In the Fields, you will be seeing the wrong behavior.

Actual Results:
