This simply a fact of misunderstanding/ communication issue. DOCX export has
been optimized, but user expects a new file type ENHANCED comp-ability file
format next to they (legacy) old version. Similar to "transitional" docx.
However the existing DOCX filter has been improved with 7.0. More or less an
side-effect of communicating technical file format changes in the release notes
to the general public.
