I vote to revert bug 83830 and to remove the page tab from the sidebar.
Seldomly used function are best suited to be on dialogs, and the page setting
is not supposed to be changed many times in a session. The sidebar should be
kept clean and simple. It's basic purpose is to provide quick access to
frequently changed attributes (similar to toolbars with functions/commands).
