How to reproduce (Windows OS):
* Go to https://www.libreoffice.org/download/
* Scroll down and look at the bottom of 'Packages'
* Text: AppUp install 130 MB Install LibreOffice 3.5.4 via the Intel AppUp
Center.
Current behavior: version is 3.5.4
Expected behavior: version is 3.6.4
How to reproduce (non-windows):
* go to
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=win-x86&lang=de&version=3.6.4 or a
windows version of another language
* See steps above
