Description:
When lins are surrounding or in a cell, there is no announcement by
screenreader.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Calc
2. Move to a cell which contains surrounding or crossing lines
3.
Actual Results:
Screenreader doesn*t report the lines
Expected Results:
Screenreader should report "line left", "line right", "line from left down to
right up".
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
