Comparison MSO 2010 and LibreOffice 7.1 master after RT
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment 100919 from bug 78904
2. Save it as DOCX
3. Open the new generated file in MSO ( I used MSO 2010 )
-> The frame has shrunk. See comparison image
