Reverted.
There is crazy stuff in that example file. If you put the cursor in front of
one of the bullet points that starts with "E-mail" and hit tab a few times, you
indent several of the following bullet points. Plus, they don't change format.
Specifically related to my patch, it seems like it might have some impact on
whether the paragraph has a first-line setting that overrides the numbering
style.
There is also something strange about the default tab markers taking effect in
this instance, but if you "delete all" even though none are defined, it seems
to make a difference?
