In DOCX bug 132611 I noted that the layout code sw flowfrm.cxx contains the
comment
SAL_WARN("sw.core", "Tables in footnotes are not truly supported");
Until LO properly handles laying out tables and such here, there is no point in
doing anything about importing or exporting them.
