Alt Text is accessibility issue. If we don't read or save to DOCX that's data
loss.
I thought of 2 possibilities:
1. change UI for table Options to add field for table Alt Text, like in Image -
Options or Chart - Options OR
2. simply open DOCX table Alt Text as table Title and save ODT table Title as
Alt Text, which is more simple but not consistent approach.
Can't say for ODF, couudn't find in standard, but it must be there, like for
images or chart.
