This sounds pretty much like tdf#124391 which was fixed after this bug report
here was created.
However, some of the bugs closed as duplicates (like tdf#131525) mention LO
versions that should contain the fix already. This *might* be related to
gtk/Qt/kf5 libraries being used on the system and not a bug in LO itself.
I'd ususally suggest that the bug reporter retest and close as WORKSFORME if
the problem is no longer reproducible for them. Not sure about the duplicates,
though...
