--- Comment #1 from Michel Rudelle <[email protected]> ---
I confirm this bug for 3 entries
(Notice that bug 58232 - and not 53282 - for 2 entries is fixed and thanks for
that)

Version 4.0.0.0.beta2 (Build ID: 4104d660979c57e1160b5135634f732918460a0) -
Vista
Version 4.0.0.0.beta2+ (Build ID: 7bdf322a45505af8e23397bbeb08f7e21cb88c0) - W7

Other method to reproduce:
  Fill cells A1:A10 with : 1,2, … 9,10
  Select range A1:A10
Format > Conditional formatting > Color scale > Color scale (3 Entries) > Ok
The result is correct
  Format > Conditional formatting > Manage > Select A1:A10 > Edit :
The previous choices are displayed EXCEPT "Color scale (3 entries)", the text
box is empty
  > Ok > Ok
The result is incorrect (the green disappeared)
  Format > Conditional formatting > Manage > Select A1:A10 > Edit :
The initial choice is gone, the text box is returned to position "Color scale
(2 entries)"
