The language is now shown with the id "Char Locale" as language + country code,
but only if it differs from the document language. Ie. if you change the
language for a piece of text, it'll be shown, while if you change it for the
whole documnent, it won't be shown.
Let's keep this open until the document language is displayed there as well.
