Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open file from attach in 7.1 version
2. Look at merged cells with text "Выравнивание в ячейке" (see a screenshot)
Actual Results:
It shows unnessesary border lines in Impress table's merged cells
Expected Results:
It doesn't show unnessesary border lines in Impress table's merged cells
