The stlport /was/ part of the URE interface (on certain platforms, among them 32-bit Windows and 32-bit Linux), at least has been until we deliberately removed it from LO 4.0, see <http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2012-December/042804.html> "modules removal surprises."
