Problem description: The file does not exist dialogue takes two clicks to
dismiss and then a dialogue appears to say the file is locked for editing... 
This doesn't happen in 3.5.7.2 and doesn't happen using 'recent  documents'
from the file menu.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open libreoffice
2. select a non-existant file from the 'open' dropdown down arrow on the 'home'
page

Current behavior: The file does not exist dialogue takes two clicks to dismiss
and then a dialogue appears to say the file is locked for editing...

Expected behavior: The file does not exist dialogue takes one click to dismiss
and no further dialogues appear.
