Unwanted scroll after pressing undo for moving frame in header
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 152299
2. Scroll to page 3
3. Select the introduction frame
4. Move it to the left/right with arrows or mouse
5. Press CTRL+Z
Actual Results:
Scrolls to top
Expected Results:
Not so?
