You could try a factory reset, and also disable Java and proxy.
1. Factory reset: Go to Help - Restart in Safe Mode - Restart - Factory
Settings (check that 2 options from there) - Restart
if this don't help you try this one:
2. Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Advanced - uncheck "Use a Java..."
3. Tools - Options - Internet - Proxy - check to "None"
