Their you can select 'Otherwise, choose a method for determining the content type:' -> 'auto-detect'. But by default it's plain/text. When you submitted an attachment with a wrong MIME Type you can change it to the right MIME Type by clicking on 'details' (behind the attachment name) and then again 'Edit details' (in that window also behind the attachment name). There you can change the MIME Type (first search the correct one on internet ...). I know, we miss an option here to select 'auto detect' again. The MIME Type of png is 'image/png'. other MIME Types can easily been found on the internet 'MIME Type ODS' for example. I hope this helped :-).
