Description:
When the ruler is active and "Tab" is pressed, the distance from the border is
not announced
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Openb Writer
2. Activate Ruler
3. Press Tab
Actual Results:
The distance of the "Tab" from the side border is not announced
Expected Results:
Screenreader should announce distance from page border.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
