Sorry, looked only at width/height. The sidebar seems to handle margins only in
cm/in, whether it's set to mm or pt. The page properties dialog shows the
correct value. I'd treat this as a bug.
Had a similar issue recently in bug 135960; we should make this sidebar
experimental.
