undock handle compared
I cannot - or don't know how to - undock toolbars in LO.
Seen from LO 7.0 in Windows and 7.1+ in Linux.
Interesting that 7.0 latest bibisect repo has no issue, while 7.1 oldest has.
This would be a regression, but can't do bibisect myself.
