The reported problems are gone.
The only difference I notice now in the saved RTF is that the table "Servers |
Instance Size" now breaks to the second page immediately after the header and
the "Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 on Windows Azure" in the footer on the second
page is aligned to the right. Will look into creating follow-ups.
