I just tested with LO master 7.1+ on Manjaro with Plasma 5.19.5, KDE Frameworks
5.73.0, and QT 5.15.0, and the problem does not replicate anymore. It hasn't
for a while, though, so I don't know that it was a recent change made to LO.
