I disabled some settings for the main LibreOffice branch in Tools > Options >
LibreOffice - The settings on top of Load/Save Settings and the startup freeze
is gone (I verified a couple of times and it seems to work From What I Can
Tell). I have to narrow down the problem settings and see what are the ones
that cause this by comparing with the default LibreOffice settings.
