I know i know by now ... Everybody here repeats the same thing. I just wonder
if you need all the fuzz of a bug tracking system for this ...

You could have simply said already 6 years ago: "We will not fix this bug, buy
yourself a support to fix it." Instead of letting people wait for t years ...
