Same request in bug 126360 with a mockup and bug 105702 with a workaround. See
also bug 90401 to reset the properties.
In an nutshell: either we add controls below author like
Co-Author: [ ] + - (plus adds a similar line below, minus deletes the
entry)
which has the drawback that the page might need a scrollbar in case of many
co-authors. Alternatively we could add this to the custom properties but then
we have multiple entries that makes it difficult to add one field to the
document.
