1. Open new Impress document
2. Click on Slide, but do not select any textboxes.
3. Press F4
Actual result: Cannot select any objects.
Expected result: Can select object.
Same effect with Draw
1. Open document
2. Insert Shape
3. Do not select any Shape or Textbox
4. Press F4
Actual result: Cannot select any objects
Additional information:
1. Pressing F4 again gives no change.
2. Pressing ESC returns "control", in the sense that objects can be selected.
3. Speculation, based on previous points: F4, without selected object,
creates, in effect, a "virtual, invisible dialog", which is "closed" with ESC.
4. Filed with Impress, but same effect in Draw.
