I experience the same flickering. Strangely, however, that is something I have
only seen after switching the 7.0.x versions, and only on my stationary
computer, not my laptop (both running upgraded versions of Win10).
User profile reset has not changed anything, and OpenGL on/off does not change
it.
For what it's worth, here is version information:
Version: 7.0.2.2 (x64)
