It was removed in a Dec 2019 patch
(https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/85541) because "the data provider
feature is not ready for production". Based on the Jenkins output, it looks
like it caused the Windows build to fail. Since then there have been a number
of updates to the Data Provider feature, but I have no idea if they resolved
the issues.
