It is possible to enter the exceptions manually or automatically as you type
and ctrl+z capitalization but the list is always reverted to empty every time
you restart LibreOffice. As far as I can remember there was such a bug or at
least similar in much earlier instances of LO. It seams to be an annoying
regression of the suite.
