2. Look at bottom-most control (in "Other" section)
Actual Result: Fax
Expected result: ??
1. Tool tip (for Fax) and contents of drop-down box do not seem to match.
Maybe tooltip needs improvement?
2. Shouldn't there be a ":" after Fax (or what replaces it)?
