Description:
I have a simple spreadsheet that when a value is updated the first calculation
that uses the value will be updated, but a value that depends on the
calculation is not updated.
Steps to Reproduce:
I will attach an example file.
Actual Results:
Value is not updated
Expected Results:
Value should be updated
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
