If you delete the row or column of a reference cell, the reference it's
replaced with !REF# what it's fine the referenced cell doesn't exit anymore.
With functions like SUM the reference it's adapted depending on the status of
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc/General - Expand references when new
columns/rows are inserted.
