Description:
A file from the AAVSO ( American Association of Variable Star Observers ) does
not open in LibreOffice 7 but opens without problem in 6.3/4.
After about 13 minutes of trying the error message appears: "general error,
input/output error"
The file in question is:

Other .pdf files that I have tried open as expected in v7
