Opened with FontForge, the proprietary/copyright font in attachment 163440 is
incomplete and incorrectly mapped from PUA and not otherwise a Symbol file
(which it may have been to start).
In short it is unusable in LibreOffice, but could be modified and remapped by a
user (with license rights) to be made individually functional.
