I combine Glow and Soft Edge Sidebar Sections into an Effect Section with patch

When download the new master build, draw a shape (whatever LibO you like) open
the property sidebar there is a new Effect Section which is by default
collapsed. If you click the + for expand, LibreOffice crash.
