Double lines are not visible when the width (which determines the gap between
the two lines) is less than < 1.10, so the width is set to at least 1.10, which
was implemented with the following patch

it was noticed, only with a width of 1.50 the double line is visible, but it
can depend on the printer. From a certain width (> 2.00 I did not search for
it) the distance is wide enough.
The actual error is that the UI allows this and does not limit it, and the
default value is set to 0.75.
