Part of document header is missing when opening a word document in LibreOffice
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the file XXXXXXXX.doc in Word
2. See the header text on the right side
3. Open the file XXXXXXXX.doc in Libre Office
4. The the textboxes are there but the text inside is missing
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
That the text is visible
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
I removed any personal information from the original document and replaced it
with XXXXXXXX, etc...
