WIN-7 on a PC.
Error msg reads:
Windows Installer
This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor
to verify that this is a valid 'Windows Installer' package.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Downloaded LibreOffice 6.4.6.
2.Double clicked on saved icon.
3.Error message popped up.
4. nothing further could be done, other than closing the error msg window.
