It is suitable to task of informing on first use as is. Those needing to change
UI with the dialog can open on demand from the View -> User Interface...
Otherwise it shows once per initial module launch, and then only with a full
cylcle through the 275+ TotD. Or when user resets profile.
Integration into TotD is sufficient.
