This is one of those cases where MSO is not consistent, meaning that DOCX saved
in MSO opens differently there than DOC. I guess they keep a hack.
But not to be expected from LO to do the same. DOC and DOCX open consistently
in LO, similar to DOCX in MSO.
I usually close those bugs and I'll do it also here.
With many real bugs, not realistic to expect that someone will hack single case
of DOC.
