Description:
Following a startup tip about creating interactive PDF forms, I followed the
link from the tip
(https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-create-interactive-pdfs-with-libreoffice/),
created a simple test form, exported to PDF, but this PDF has no data entry
interaction at all. :-/  

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new ODT
2. define some labels and some interactive form fields
3. save and export to PDF
4. open the PDF and try to enter data into the fields

Actual Results:
You can't enter any data into fields, check boxes don't react to clicking, etc.

Expected Results:
A PDF interactive form
