Comment back repainted very often when holding backspace
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Toggle formatting marks on
3. Place cursor at the end of the line with spaces
4. Hold backspace..
Actual Results:
Blinking comment box (even with Skia)
Expected Results:
Stable rendering
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
