Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. no menu entry
Current behavior:
i can't administrate templates for documents. i can't define standard-template.
it exists only the entry for saving as document-template
Expected behavior:
in earier versions there was an entry in the menu bar called (in German:
Dokumentvorlage verwalten = administrate templates for documents).
